World Consumer Rights Day focuses on finance

To mark World Consumer Rights Day, a set of  recommendations has been published today highlighting what can be done to support access, competition, fairness and safety in financial services. All consumers have to deal with financial services and educating young consumers is crucial, especially in today’s climate. TSI continues to support initiatives to promote financial education by hosting the Young Consumer of the Year Competition at the Consumer Affairs and Trading Standards Conference each year.
