NormanLambThe ministerial changes last week saw the baton of consumer champion passed from Ed Davey MP to Norman Lamb MP, who is now the new Minister for Employment Relations, Consumer and Postal Affairs.

The Trading Standards Institute is looking forward to working with the new Minister to continue the work of the past 20 months in re-shaping the country’s consumer landscape. Particularly the role of Trading Standards in achieving new levels of national as well as local impact in empowering and protecting consumers, while making markets work properly for them and for good business.
