Trainer:
David Templton - is a qualified Trading Standards Officer with 24 years experience, specialising in weights and measures and training and has been a visiting lecturer at Glasgow Caledonian University for 20 years.  David is a joint lead Officer for Metrology and the TSI examiner for Weights and Measures Law.

Course outline:
This course provides delegates with an overview of the subject of Legal Metrology Law, including examination technique.  This course is designed to cover the main areas of this subject, and delegates should ensure they are familiar with all aspects of the syllabus.

Learner requirements:
All attendees will be expected to participate fully in their own learning, including additional learning hours to the course, course assignments etc.

Learning notes:
All notes for this course including joining instructions, PowerPoint presentations, handouts etc will be put onto the Collaborative Training Learning Hub. You will be required to print out or bring a laptop to access this material. All attendees will be provided with login details near to the start of the course.

Please note that if you do not bring your course materials along with you on the day and you request the training provider to print these for you, there may be a possible charge attached to printing off the documents.
