Course outline:
This course will provide you with learning for the practical and oral examinations for food.  There will be a review of food sampling legislation and key documents, practical demonstrations, review of examination preparation and techniques for both the practical and oral examination.

Learner requirements: 
All attendees will be expected to participate fully in their own learning, including additional learning hours to the course, course assignments etc.

Learning notes:
All notes for this course including joining instructions, PowerPoint presentations, handouts etc will be put onto the Collaborative Training Learning Hub. You will be required to print out or bring a laptop to access this material. All attendees will be provided with login details near to the start of the course.
