Course Aim

To give participants an understanding of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and how it affects their customers.

By the end of the training participants will be able to:

•    Describe consumer’s rights when they buy goods, services or digital content
•    Describe the legal options available to a consumer when goods, services or digital content does not conform with the contract
•    Identify how the changes in consumer’s rights will affect their business
•    Understand how other changes in the Consumer Rights Act might affect them.
