Whilst expressing general support for the Food Standards Agency's regulatory work, TSI makes suggestions for improved links with local authority practitioners and calls for greater prominence to consultations affecting the business community in order to enable businesses to be involved in the early stages of changes rather than raising issues once new legislation is in place
