James Munro, CTSI Chair (2023 - 2024)

James joined the Trading Standards profession in 1989 and spent many years as an operational Trading Standards Officer – he now leads the National Trading Standards Estate & Letting Agency Team, overseeing the regulation of estate agency work in the UK and the private rented sector in England. James is a Fellow of the Institute, a qualified coach and mentor, and a former Chair, Training Officer & Council Member for the Welsh Branch.
