The Prize: 1x Googly Eyes game. No other prize or cash alternative available. Prizes are not transferable. Prize subject to availability and CTSI reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value if necessary. Competition only open to UK and NI residents. Competition is promoted by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) company number RC000879, 1 Sylvan Court, Sylvan Way, Southfields Business Park, Basildon, Essex, SS15 6TH, and the Journal of Trading Standards. CTSI staff and immediate family, and Journal of Trading Standards staff, are exempt from entering. Competition begins Friday 21 December 2018 (21/12/18) at 11:00. Competition ends Sunday 30 December 2018 (30/12/18) at 23:59. To enter, retweet the competition tweet (found here) within the competition time. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. One winner will be selected at random from complete list of retweets. The winner will be notified after the competition has ended and asked to submit their address to receive the prize. Personal data relating to the winner and other entrants will be used solely in accordance with GDPR and will not be disclosed to a third party. Competition winner will receive prize within one month of the competition closing. Prize will be distributed at no cost to the winner. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received. Winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. CTSI reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified as soon as possible. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter or University Games. The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final.
