Prize subject to availability and CTSI reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value if necessary. Competition only open to UK and NI residents. Competition is promoted by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) company number RC000879, 1 Sylvan Court, Sylvan Way, Southfields Business Park, Basildon, Essex, SS15 6TH. CTSI staff and immediate family, Journal of Trading Standards staff are exempt from winning a prize. Competition begins Monday 14 October 2019 (14/109) at 12:00 Competition ends Monday 11 November 2019 (11/11/19) at 23:59. To enter the competition please contribute a comment on to the Big Membership Debate Blog at - http://www.journaloftradingstandards.co.uk/big-membership-debate/. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The winner will be notified after the competition has ended and asked to submit their address(es) to receive the prize. Personal data relating to the winner and other entrants will be used solely in accordance with GDPR and will not be disclosed to a third party. Competition winner will receive prize within one month of the competition closing. Prize will be distributed at no cost to the winner. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received. Winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. CTSI reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final.
