The 2022 Year Ahead Conference, a partnership between Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI), Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and the Institute of Licensing (IOL), played host to key policy discussions, examining the current and foreseeable challenges to the regulatory services landscape and sharing insights into protecting consumers through sustainable services. With consideration to the cost of living crisis, influence on policy strategies from government departments, and a look at collaboration and partnership successes.
