Intellectual Property - Copyright Issues: The Premier League

This free webinar will help enforcement officers to tackle the challenges of copyright in the Premier League.

This session will provide an overview of copyright law and then focus on the lessons learned and the successes and practicalities of the Flawless case, involving the illegal streaming of Premier League games. It will look at the importance of partnership working and the challenges and benefits of Trading Standards Services undertaking these types of investigations.
