Unprecedented Times: Consumer vulnerability in a changing world
The ongoing issues from COVID-19 and the rapid shift from “bricks to clicks” have caused an increase in vulnerability within the consumer landscape, with new opportunities for scams and criminal activity; new risks for consumers; and new challenges for regulators. This panel discussion will be an opportunity for delegates to engage with these issues both generally and in subject specific areas to gain an understanding of how the profession can help with consumer vulnerability.
