UNIT 4: FOOD
This unit will provide you with an understanding and knowledge of the legal requirements in relation to food standards including formal sampling, their application to food. You will also learn how food affects health and well-being.
Due to Covid-19 contact days for training will be via an online video call system.
Unit 4 Food training consists of 2 contact days with your trainer, online distance learning via the student learning management system (LMS), a revision day and 2 hours of teletutorials with your trainer.
Please ensure that to prevent delay in accessing your LMS materials, your internet provider does not have blocks on allowing 'pop-ups' or .zip files to be accessed.
