Chantelle joined the Institute in August 2023 as Director of Finance and Corporate Services. Her remit covers Finance, HR, Governance, Membership, IT, Data and Legal. She also serves as Company Secretary for the CTSI Group.
Background
Chantelle has worked as a finance professional for 18 years across various sectors and as director of UK-wide not-for-profit membership organisations for the last 10 years. During her 8 years at Socitm, she led the organisation's digital modernisation programme, was creator of the Leadership Academy to increase diversity within senior IT roles across local government and launched corporate membership packages to local authorities. She also launched the brand ‘Include’ to provide education and resources to organisations on digital inclusion and accessibility.
Chantelle was part of the team that established the UK Cyber Security Council, a new chartered charity set up by the government to charter cyber security professionals. She established the membership categories, set up a commercial arm and created new revenue streams to underpin the charity’s objectives.
Chantelle spends her free time solo travelling and attending country music concerts in the US.
