Katherine joined CTSI in September 2025 to lead its Marketing, Digital and Production function. She has a proven track record of building high-performing, commercially focused teams and takes an evidence-led approach to marketing: setting clear objectives, measuring results and focusing investment where it delivers the strongest return for our members, partners and the public.
Background
Katherine brings over a decade of experience leading marketing teams in membership and not-for-profit organisations. Most recently, she was Head of Marketing & Communications at the Society for Endocrinology and Bioscientifica, where she led a team of 12 marketing and communications professionals working across membership, events and scholarly publishing. She is a published commentator on digital engagement and channel strategy for Research Information.
