The Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) has been funded by the Office for Product Safety and Standards, Science and Trade to undertake business support amongst small and medium sized businesses - including sole traders - who sell their products in the UK.

CTSI are working with a number of Product Safety experts (all members of CTSI) to create a series of 'live' webinar courses to help Online Sellers understand their legal responsibilities.
The webinars are free to attend and each one operates as a standalone course (i.e. you don't need to attend them all).
