Phil joined CTSI in February 2024, having previously worked in teaching and assessing qualifications and as a serving police officer for 15 years.
Background
Before CTSI, Phil was a London based police officer for 15 years and whilst within the service, he worked towards his education training, assessing and leadership and management qualifications. After leaving the police, Phil worked in teaching and assessing qualifications in Levy funded apprentices and worked as contractor delivering and writing training for the Ministry of Defence Police, Network Rail, the Metropolitan Police, TFL, UEL and the NHS with his own limited company.
