Tom has worked in and around the membership profession for over ten years. His experience ranges from recruiting into the industry to having membership management roles in the sport and recreation and cyber security sectors.
Background
Initially recruiting into the industry, Tom gained an understanding of how different professional bodies and not for profit organisations run their membership functions, giving him excellent knowledge, eventually leading him to transfer into a membership role. He now enjoys putting that experience into practice and increasing value and support for members. This starts with listening to the members needs and Tom always welcomes a catch up. Outside of work Tom is married with two children, loves the countryside, getting out for longish walks and watching his beloved rugby!
