Association of British Travel Agents ABTA
ABTA are a member’s scheme, whose members are required to abide by their code of conduct, which includes engaging in the ADR process once any internal complaints procedure has been exhausted. ABTA have a two stage ADR process. Only stage one is approved for the purposes of the ADR Regulations. There is no fee to the consumer for stage one ADR.
