Nikki assumed the role of CTSI Immediate Past Chair in October 2025 and has over 30 years’ experience working in Trading Standards. She was previously the Head of Trading Standards at Cambridgeshire County Council as well as the Commercial Director at the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. Nikki now specialises in providing consultancy and training services to the public sector, charities and non-profit making organisations. She is an experienced Trustee and Non-Executive Director having previously sat on Boards in both the NHS and charity sector.
