PAYMENT TERMS: A 40% deposit for exhibitor packages is required on confirmation of order. Deposits are non-refundable. Balance due no later than 28 February 2024. Seminar and Masterclass Packages and additional exhibitor passes will be invoiced in full. Payment due 30 days from the invoice. Cancellations must be received in writing before 28 February 2024. After this date NO money will be refunded. Exhibitors may not sub-let or sub-licence, or in any other way part with possession of, or share the stand space allocated to it except with prior consent of the organiser.
