About this Training Course
This course is for all inspectors who enforce Animal Health & welfare legislation. The course will focus on industry practices, fraudulent trading, how to spot it, powers available to an officer & enforcement strategies for dealing with identified non-compliance.

Steph Young - Lead Officer for CTSI on Animal Health and Welfare
Steph is an experienced Team Leader enforcing animal health legislation with Staffordshire County Council and has a wealth of experience on taking animals into possession using the powers available in the Animal Welfare Act 2006. Steph is also the Lead Officer for CTSI on Animal Health and Welfare and Lead Officer for Disease on the National Animal Health and Welfare Panel.
