To include consumer vulnerability,  inclusive service provision, clear communication, and excellent service.  An interactive training course for businesses or professionals who support businesses.  The course will cover consumer vulnerability, the diverse nature of consumers, neurodiversity, age, gender.  The current landscape and current consumer issues.  How to provide Inclusive services, to include communication, language and plain English.  It will also touch on managing expectations and complaints.
