We have some fantastic delegate packages available for the convenience of our attendees, details can be found below. CTSI members will still be able to benefit from attendance at the Conference free of charge, however they will be required to pay if they require a residential package:

# Any cancellations on room bookings must be received 6 weeks before the event, cancellations after this date will not be eligible for a refund. Eligible attendees may reclaim tax paid as CTSI are a part of the approved professional organisations and learned societies register.
* Dinner served in the Hotel Restaurant on the night of your stay, set choice from a daily menu available. Residential guests may upgrade to attend the Awards Dinner for a supplementary fee of £25 + VAT (£30 incl VAT) per person.
** Lunch for the day of your stay and the day after also. Buffet lunch will be served in a fixed location for those with residential packages.
