A man currently living in Wales who sold an underage French Bull Dog puppy has been convicted of two offences under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 for placing an advert on Gumtree containing false information and failing to make it clear that he was acting as a trader.
Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC) has today announced that its long-established Consumer Code extends to battery storage systems and other ‘related’ products typically sold alongside solar panels.
