The PSR APP Rules and How to Navigate Them
Understanding and navigating reimbursement claims under the Payment Systems Regulator's Authorised Push Payment (APP) fraud rules can be complex, particularly when supporting vulnerable victims of fraud and doorstep crime.
This practical session provides a detailed walkthrough of the PSR APP reimbursement framework, helping you understand when the rules apply, how the process works, and what steps can be taken to maximise the likelihood of a successful outcome.
